We offer digital tarot guides, PDF downloads, and tarot reading resources. All our products are delivered electronically - nothing is shipped physically.
How do I access my digital products?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link to access your digital guides and PDFs immediately. You can also access your purchases from your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you've downloaded or accessed your purchase. Since digital files cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds after delivery.
What if there's a problem with my download?
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product (corrupted file, broken link, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at TarotwithTi@gmail.com. We'll resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
What if I accidentally purchased the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately before downloading the product. We may be able to exchange it for the correct item or issue a refund if the file hasn't been accessed.
